When can I pick up my parcel at the shop or station?

As soon as your parcel has been scanned at the parcel shop or parcel station, it is ready for collection. You will automatically receive a notification via email or SMS. You can view the current status at any time in the DPD App. Please wait for the collection notification before going to the parcel shop or parcel station.
