Where do I find my parcel number?
Find your DPD parcel number in the shipping confirmation from the shop or in the delivery notification sent via email or SMS by DPD.
When you send a parcel:
- in our order confirmation
- in myDPD under "My parcels".
- on the receipt from the Pickup parcelshop if you have sent a parcel from one of our shops.
The parcel number of your parcel is made up of 14 digits.
