Aschaffenburg, 2nd January 2026 – DPD Germany is expanding its digital service offering and will launch Wero, the new European payment solution, in early 2026. Wero will be integrated into the myDPD / Parcel Navigator consumer portal as an addition payment option.
Wero is a mobile payment solution from the European Payments Initiative (EPI), an association of leading European banks and payment service providers. The aim is to establish a uniform payment infrastructure that can be used throughout Europe - independently of international providers.
The introduction of the additional payment option is part of the ongoing development of the myDPD portal and underlines the company's commitment to offering customers simple, modern, and future-proof services.
The launch of the new payment option is scheduled for early 2026.
