Aschaffenburg, 16th February 2026 – DPD Germany has once again been certified as a „Top Employer Germany" for the fourth year in a row. The certification by the internationally active Top Employers Institute (TEI) is based on an independent, multi-stage assessment process and evaluates employers using structured benchmarking with recognized standards.
Being named a Top Employer in four consecutive years is an achievement that makes us very proud. The certification shows that our efforts to create an attractive, reliable, and development-oriented working environment are paying off. It is also recognition of the daily commitment of our employees and an incentive to continue on this path.

Cerification by the independent Top Employers Institute is based on a comprehensive, multi-stage assessment process. All relevant HR areas are analyzed, including HR strategy, recruiting, onboarding, learning and development, leadership, communication, corporate culture, and sustainable working conditions. In a second step, the information is validated in an audit by the institute to ensure that not only the concepts are convincing, but also the practices.
For DPD Germany, the award is much more than a label of quality. It stands for the clear aspiration to be an “Employer of Choice” – a goal that is firmly anchored in the group-wide Geopost strategy. The external certification is complemented by internal instruments such as the regular Geopost employee survey, which provides valuable input for continuous development.
