If the online shop offers this option at checkout, you can have your parcel delivered to a DPD Parcel point. We will let you know when your parcel has arrived at the DPD Parcel point and when you can collect it. To do so, use the QR code (Pickup pass) in your email.

Please note that parcel points have different size restrictions. (Max. weight 20 kg and max. length 1 m)
