Yes, you will receive a unique QR code (Pickup Pass) from DPD in your email. Anyone who shows this code can pick up the parcel at a parcel point. No identification is required.

How does the Pickup Pass work?

•    The recipient receives an email from DPD containing the Pickup Pass QR code.
•    The recipient takes this QR code to the parcel point and has it scanned there.
•    The parcel point employee will hand over the parcel.

Forgot the QR code? The parcel can also be picked up with valid ID. However, this cannot be done by someone else unless you give them authorization.
