What should I do if the recipient indicates not having received the parcel but the Track & Trace indicates the parcel has been delivered?
This is unfortunate. If you are the recipient, it is best to contact the sender of the parcel. This is usually an online store.
Are you the sender? Then you can do the following:
- Report this to DPD. We will first ask the delivery driver to find out where the package was delivered and to deliver it to the recipient.
- If we are unable to locate the parcel, have the recipient fill out a non-receipt statement. See below. The recipient confirms that the parcel has not been received. Send the statement to DPD. We will process it and contact the sender to discuss how to proceed. You decide how you want to resolve this with the recipient.
