Can I change the delivery of my parcel?

If the sender of your parcel uses our Predict service, we will send you an email to let you know on which day we will deliver your parcel. If this is not convenient, you can change your delivery up to 30 minutes before delivery: 

  • Use the button in the email you received from DPD.
  • Download the myDPD app
  • Go to 'receiving'
  • Change your delivery

If you do not want to download an app? Don't worry. You can use the track & trace page at dpd.nl.

  • Enter your parcel number 
  • You will then be redirected to myDPD.
  • Register yourself and change your delivery

If the sender does not use this service, you won’t receive a message about the delivery day. You also can’t change the delivery beforehand.
