When are parcels delivered?
We deliver parcels from Monday to Saturday.
Saturday delivery is not standard. We can only do this if the sender has opted for it.
How will you be informed?
- The day before delivery, you will receive an email stating that your parcel will be delivered the next working day.
- On the morning of delivery, you will receive an email with a 1-hour time slot so that you know exactly when your parcel will arrive.
If no one is home, you have not given permission for the parcel to be left, and your neighbours are unable to accept your parcel, we will take your parcel to the nearest parcel point. You will first receive an email informing you that your parcel has been taken to a parcel point. Once the parcel has been scanned by the parcel point, you can collect it. You will then receive an email informing you which parcel point it is located at.
Want to see the status of your parcel?
You can use the parcel number in the email from DPD to see the status of your parcel. Enter the parcel number on dpd.nl to see basic information. If you want to know more or see options, you will need to register.
