My parcel hasn't arrived. What should I do?
How annoying! We understand that you are waiting for your parcel!
It can always happen that a parcel gets held up somewhere. If you have received an email from DPD, you can use the parcel number to check the status in Track & Trace on dpd.nl.

- You can find the status of your parcel in myDPD
- Has the parcel been delayed for more than 3 days? Please contact us.

Does myDPD say that the parcel has been delivered, but you have not received anything? Please contact the sender of your parcel and report that your parcel is missing.
