My parcel did not arrive at the designated time. How is that possible?
We understand that you are waiting for your parcel.
We do our utmost to deliver all parcels within the specified 1-hour time slot, and we usually succeed!
However, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic jams, roadworks or delays at addresses can sometimes prevent us from doing so. In such cases, we will often still deliver, but a little later than planned. You can always check Track & Trace to see if there is any further information available.
