If you are not at home, the driver will try to deliver your parcel to your neighbours, so that you may still receive it soon. If we were able to deliver your parcel to your neighbours, we will notify you of this. We use a not at home note in your letterbox.

If we are unable to do so, we will deliver your parcel to a Parcel point in your neighbourhood.
