Security notice: attempted fraud in relation to import parcels

DPD is a well-known brand which enjoys the trust of millions of consignees and shippers throughout the country. Unfortunately this also repeatedly attracts fraudsters who try to misuse our good name for their own purposes.

A current example: emails which are allegedly sent by the customs authorities are currently requesting payment of VAT and/or import duties so that an imaginary DPD parcel can be delivered (for details see our current security notice at: https://www.dpd.com/de/en/sicherheit/).
