DPD Germany takes first place in Germany's B2B Awards

In the "2020/21 German B2B Awards", organised by Germany's Society for Consumer Studies, DPD Germany took first place in the "Parcel services" category. The award is convincing proof that it's not just the parcels of the international parcel and express service provider that are well received by customers, but also its services.

For the awards a comprehensive survey of customers from 1,370 companies in 100 business sectors was carried out. In the anonymous online survey more than 220,000 ratings were provided by customers. The participants were asked about their experiences with the various service providers. This year's survey also included the opinions of decision-makers who hold a position in middle or top management and have over the past three years been customers of the service provider being assessed.

For DPD the award is a great success and proof of the excellent work and great commitment of the company's entire workforce.
