When you use myDPD for non-business customers in the browser or our mobile apps, you have the option in particular of creating DPD parcel labels online, managing your parcels and monitoring the progress of your parcels.
You can decide for yourself how you wish to send and take delivery of your parcels: at one of our Pickup parcelshops, via a parcel locker station or by getting us to collect your parcels directly from your home.
We transport your parcels to the consignee. As part of this process, you will receive an email at the email address you have provided so that you can check where your parcels are at any time.
If you have also opted for the use of our Predict service, your consignee will be informed of the delivery time of your parcel by email.
