If we miss you when we deliver the parcel, we will leave the double-sided notification card in your letterbox for you. On the front you can see where you can find the location of your parcel: via the DPD website, the QR code or by telephone. For this purpose you will need the parcel number printed on the card. On the back you will find two options for receiving your parcels on the first delivery attempt: by redirecting the parcel to a parcel shop of your choice or by issuing a deposit okay. To receive more information about your parcel you can scan the QR code on the parcel information card via the app, and see more information about your parcel.
