As a Customer Service employee (m/f/d), you will help our customers with their concerns.
In the front office, you will receive incoming customer inquiries. You will be able to answer most of the inquiries yourself, while passing others on to the back office for processing.
As a Customer Service employee (m/f/d) in the back office, you will answer inquiries about parcel shipping with DPD by telephone or e-mail. In doing so, you will be guided by tried-and-tested processes and use our customer service tools.
The close cooperation between Customer Service and other departments at DPD makes your work a real team effort.
