What you’ll do
- In deiner 3-jährigen Ausbildung lernst du alle Abläufe rund um logistische Prozesse kennen
- Es erwarten dich die Planung und Organisation der Beförderung von Paketen unter Beachtung von Vorschriften, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Aspekten des Umweltschutzes
- Für unsere Kunden erstellst du Angebote und hilfst beim Vertrieb von Dienstleistungen
- Anfragen und Reklamationen werden unterstützend von dir bearbeitet, sodass du zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit beiträgst
Your profile
- Guter Realschulabschluss oder (Fach-)Abitur
- Interesse an Deutsch, Englisch, BWL & Begeisterung für Logistik
- Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und eine offene Art
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Lust Neues zu lernen
- Erste Erfahrung mit MS Office Programmen
