Current IT disruption at DPD

Due to a large-scale IT malfunction there will be noticeable restrictions in the delivery and pickup of parcels on Thursday (12.05.2022):

• Due to the IT disruption it will not be possible to deliver a large number of parcels today.

• Individual pickups will also not be made

• Our Predict service will not be available today

All our colleagues are doing their utmost to limit the effects of the IT disruption as much as possible.

In the meantime, all systems are running stably again. We are very confident that we will be able to collect and deliver all parcels reliably again by tomorrow.
