Q: How much time do I have to pick up my parcel at the parcel shop?

You parcels can be collected within 7 days at a parcel shop and 3 days at parcel stations. Important: Calendar days include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. (Example: If a parcel is delivered on Monday, it must be picked up by the following Monday at the latest.)

Q: Can I also send via the parcel shop?

Yes, you can not only receive parcels, but also send them in our Pickup parcelshops. Returns and parcels that are provided with an online and paid parcel voucher can be placed in any of our shops.

Q: Can I pick up my parcel without the parcel info card?

Yes, that is possible. You don't need the parcel info card from your letterbox.At the parcel shop, you just need to show your official photo ID (an ID card or passport).

Q: When can I pick up my parcel at the shop or station?

As soon as your parcel has been scanned at the parcel shop or parcel station, it is ready for collection. You will automatically receive a notification via email or SMS. You can view the current status at any time in the DPD App. Please wait for the collection notification before going to the parcel shop or parcel station.

Q: Can I pick up a parcel for someone else?

Yes, with the recipient's signed power of attorney and your own ID, you can pick up their parcels from the shop.
