My payment for a UK parcel has failed. What should I do?
As soon as you have paid the invoice, you will see a confirmation on your screen, after which you will receive another confirmation email. Do you not see this, or do you get an error? Please proceed as following:
- Describe your problem
- Write down your package number, which browser you use and which device you are on
- Take a screenshot if possible
