How can I offer my customers the online Return my parcel portal?

You can request the portal from your own DPD sales contact person. Implementation is easy. The only thing you need is a link to the portal. There are three options for offering the portal: 

  1. Place a link to the portal on the returns page of your website and your customers can arrange the return themselves.
  2. Have customers contact you first so that you can assess the return and then send the recipient the link to the portal by email.
  3. Use Return my parcel yourself to arrange returns. In this case, you log in as the sender and then arrange the return yourself. You can allow employees of your own Customer Service Department to use this option.
