Over 130 new parcel shops: Adler Modemärkte becomes a DPD Pickup Partner

From 1 October DPD Germany is welcoming a new partner to its Pickup parcelshop network: parcels from DPD Germany will then be accepted for shipping and handed out to consignees at more than 130 branches of the Adler Modemärkte clothing stores. Consignees will therefore be able to send parcels directly to a branch near them, or have them redirected there.

For Adler Modemärkte this represents a clear logistical added value. The company plans to continuously expand its own product range - and accordingly also the services that can be used locally.

Even after 1 October 2021 all new Adler shops will be successively upgraded to Pickup parcelshops as part of the cooperation with DPD. The conversion of stores abroad in particular may take up to two weeks after 1 October.

For Adler customers the cooperation also offers the advantage that the shops will be displayed in the widely used DPD app, and that they will also be able to register their preferred Adler shop as a favourite parcel shop for deliveries. The aim of the cooperation is also to attract further new customer groups to the Adler clothing stores and their growing product range.
