Predict by DPD

DPD provides shippers and consignees with shipment-related Predict services. Predict services enable you, as the consignee of the shipper's consignments, to be informed in good time by email or text message about the delivery of the shipment and the organisation of the delivery process. The information is transmitted in the interests of both the shipper and the parcel service provider DPD in order to avoid incorrect deliveries and to arrange the delivery time and place for the consignee in a customer-friendly manner.

If you wish to have your email address blocked for the Predict service, you can unsubscribe here. Alternatively, please send an informal opt-out letter stating your name, address and the email address you wish to block to [email protected]. If DPD blocks your email address, you will generally not receive any email from us regarding shipment information.

Where is my parcel?

We will be happy to help you find your parcel.  You can find out the current status of your shipment quickly and easily via:

  • the parcel tracking function in myDPD
  • the DPD App
  • the QR code on the parcel notification card.

What does 'predict' mean?

Predict is our service, with which we tell the recipient on the day of delivery exactly when his parcel comes. In live tracking, the time window even updates to up to 30 minutes.
