How can I enter collection requests in DPD Print?

Collection requests can only be entered if you have activated the service in your configuration file. If "Collection request" is selected in the "Options" section, the designation of the upper left address block changes from "Consignee" to "Collection", as the collection is made from the address of the return parcel and returned to the address of the selected customer.

In addition, it is possible to enter an alternative delivery address for the collection request in the "Additional details" area. This is helpful if, for example, the collection request parcel is not to be delivered to the normal customer address, but for example to a warehouse located at a different site than the customer's head office. You can enter further details for the collection request via the reference information in the relevant parcel line.
