Why will my parcel be delivered to a Pickup parcelshop?

Delivery to a Pickup parcelshop can have different reasons:

  • You have set delivery to a Pickup parcelshop as a permanent delivery preference.
  • The consignor of your shipment has specified delivery to a parcel shop.
  • We're sorry that we were unable to locate you in person and that you didn't leave a drop-off okay. For future shipments you can specify a safe place as a permanent drop-off okay.
