What does "Order data transmitted" mean?

This means that the sender has registered the parcel online with DPD (created a label), but it has not yet been received by DPD. It is still waiting at the sender's location to be picked up or hasn't been dropped off at the parcel shop yet. Check the status again later. It will change after scanning.
