• SEPA direct debit mandate

• Commercial register entry or business registration

• Current road haulage permit or EU licence

• Police clearance certificate of the managing director

• Current extract from the central business register

• Transport liability insurance policy (coverage of at least 1.5 million euros per claim and damage event)

• Motor vehicle liability insurance policy (coverage of 100 million euros per vehicle for personal injury, property damage and financial loss as well as 5 million euros per person for personal injury)

• Public business liability insurance policy (coverage of 5 million euros lump sum for personal injury, property damage and financial loss)

• Sustainability charter on human rights, health and safety, the environment and combating corruption in accordance with international standards
