For this purpose you should make the following basic settings:
In the selection list, select the import structure you have previously created (e.g.: "Newly created import structure").
Specify your import directory that is to be monitored for the automatic import. Please make sure that only files intended for import are stored in the directory.
Select a time value per second for how often the import directory is to be checked for new files.
Select an import action, e.g. "Only import orders" or with an additional parcel printout.
Select a follow-up action ("Move files" or delete).
Select a destination directory if you have selected "Move files" as a follow-up action.
Save your settings. The service is now configured and you can start the import service.
