Where is my parcel?

We will be happy to help you find your parcel.  You can find out the current status of your shipment quickly and easily via:

  • the parcel tracking function in myDPD
  • the DPD App
  • the QR code on the parcel notification card.

You can't take delivery of your parcel in person?

In the DPD App and in myDPD you can enter your delivery preference:

  • provide a drop-off okay (safe place)
  • specify a neighbour
  • specify a Pickup parcelshop
  • change the delivery day
