  3. Show the digital parcel label when you drop off your parcel at the parcel store.

How do I enter delivery preferences?

You can influence the delivery in the delivery preferences. For example, you can enter a deposit okay or a favourite parcel shop for all future parcels and activate or deactivate email notifications.

What are the advantages of registering in myDPD?

These are the advantages of registering in myDPD or in our app:

  • You will be notified as soon as a parcel is on its way to you.

  • You can store personal delivery preferences, such as a deposit okay for all your future parcels or the favourite parcel store to which we should deliver if you are not at home.

You can unsubscribe at any time. Of course, you can also track and redirect parcels live as a guest by entering the parcel number and postcode of the consignee's address.

How can I get in touch via the app?

Tap on “More” at the bottom right of the app, then select “Chat / Help / Contact” and scroll down. There you will find the “Contact us” option, which you can use to get in touch with us directly.

What can I enter in my profile?

In your profile, you enter personal data about yourself, such as your address and mobile phone number. These form the basis for our delivery.

How can I fill out a mobile parcel label?

As a private shipper you can create a parcel label in myDPD. Follow the steps in the order process and select the option "Mobile parcel label" at the printing stage for the parcel label. You then show the digital parcel label generated with a QR code on your smartphone when you hand in the parcel for shipping from the shop. This saves paper and conserves resources - for our planet.
