If the sender of your parcel uses our service Predict, we will let you know on what day we will deliver your parcel. You won’t be there? You can change the delivery day or destination immediately. 

The delivery options available:

• You can choose to have the parcel delivered to a safe place (drop delivery).
• You can choose another day.
• You can choose to have the parcel delivered to another address.
• You can have your parcel delivered to a Pickup parcelshop.

If the sender does not use this service, you won’t receive a message about the delivery day. You also can’t change the delivery beforehand.
