Can I change the delivery?
If the sender of your parcel uses our Predict service, we will send you an email to let you know on which day we will deliver your parcel. If this is not convenient, you can change your delivery up to 30 minutes before delivery:
- Use the button in the email you received from DPD.
- Download the myDPD app and change your delivery there without an SMS code.
- Enter your parcel number on the track & trace page at dpd.nl.
- You will then be redirected to myDPD.
- Register yourself at myDPD and change your delivery there without an SMS code.
These delivery options available:
- You can choose to have the parcel delivered to a safe place (drop delivery).
- You can choose another day.
- You can choose to have the parcel delivered to another address.
- You can have your parcel delivered to a Pickup parcelshop.
If the sender does not use this service, you won’t receive a message about the delivery day. You also can’t change the delivery beforehand.
