DPD Print is DPD's parcel label printing programme for the efficient management of your parcel shipping.
In principle you can operate DPD Print with a test version and try it out. However, please check beforehand with your DPD sales contact whether DPD Print is the right parcel label printing system for you to use for your shipping. If this is the case, you can download and install a test version from our DPD Print site.
The parcel will only be delivered to a person authorised to receive the parcel and who has previously been specified if the "ID Check" option is selected in the "Additional information" section of the DPD print order recording. The entry of a telephone number is optional.
The minimum requirements for the installation of DPD Print are a computer with Windows 8.x (or higher), a minimum of 700 MB hard disk space for the installation and 3GB free hard disk space for the smooth running of the programme. In addition, you need to have at least 2 GB of RAM and an internet connection.
You will find your configuration file for the first time in the email for activating DPD Print. It is valid for two weeks and should only be read in on one PC.
Save the file on your hard disk.
Log on to DPD Print as an administrator.
Select Menu > "Configuration" > "Client management" > "Import clients".
Select the configuration file from the directory in which you saved it for import.
