Yes, this is possible in the case of returns. To have the customer enter the return address, select the option "I would like the customer to enter the address data himelf/herself" under "Returns" - "Start return". Your customer will then receive an email with a link to myDPD. There he or she can enter the missing data and print out his or her return label.
