DPD Germany is "Top Employer 2023"

Aschaffenburg, 28. June 2023: DPD Germany is one of the best employers in Germany according to the Top Employers Institute. This is the result of a multi-stage certification with validation process and independent audit.

The Top Employers Institute's "Top Employer 2023" award is one of the world's most renowned seals of quality in the field of human resources management. Founded 30 years ago, the institute supports companies worldwide in creating excellent working conditions and positioning themselves as attractive employers. This year the independent organisation has already identified and awarded more than 2,000 top employers in 121 countries and regions. DPD also met the institute's high standards in a rigorous certification process and has now received the prestigious award.

The multi-stage assessment process analysed detailed information on HR practices such as HR strategy and planning, talent management, onboarding, training and development, corporate culture and employer benefits. The institute examined the HR practices on the basis of a very comprehensive questionnaire as well as documents and evidence submitted by DPD. In order to make an objective assessment and identify strengths and areas for improvement, the results were compared with best practices. In subsequent personal interviews the auditors questioned selected criteria. DPD was able to meet the strict requirements and was awarded the corresponding seal of quality as a top employer.

"We are proud of this award. It is very important for us to further optimise our HR practices, to sustainably increase our attractiveness as an employer and to continue to offer our employees a working environment in which they can develop. In addition, the certification helps us to attract even more talented professionals in the future".
