DPD Germany once again honored as a top employer

Aschaffenburg, June 28th, 2023: According to the Top Employers Institute DPD Germany is once again one of the best employers in Germany this year. This is the result of a multi-stage certification with a validation process and independent audit.

The "Top Employer 2024" award from the Top Employers Institute is one of the world's most prestigious seals of approval in the field of HR management. Founded 30 years ago, the institute supports companies worldwide in creating excellent working conditions and positioning themselves as attractive employers. DPD has also undergone a rigorous certification process to meet the institute's high standards and has now received the coveted award again after 2023.

We are delighted to once again be one of the best employers in Germany. The demanding audit gives us a lot of objective feedback on our HR practices. At the same time the certificate helps us enormously to draw the attention of skilled workers to DPD. In the multi-stage audit process, detailed information on HR practices such as HR strategy and planning, talent management, onboarding, training and development, corporate culture and employer benefits were analyzed. The institute examined the HR practices using a very comprehensive questionnaire as well as documents and evidence submitted by DPD. In order to make an objective assessment and identify strengths and areas for improvement, the results were compared with best practices. In subsequent personal interviews the auditors scrutinized selected criteria. DPD was able to meet the strict requirements and was awarded the corresponding seal of approval as a top employer.
