What features must the password have?

The password must have at least 5 and maximum 50 characters and may contain letters, numbers and special characters. For effective security we recommend least eight digits and the use of both numbers and special characters.

Why am I shown adverts when I track the status of my parcel?

With our advertising network we bring customers and companies together and connect interests with available products. DPD does not grant access to anyone to present you with advertising, nor does it sell any personal data.

How is it determined which advertising is displayed?

DPD offers all reputable companies and partners the opportunity to place advertising. This is placed on an automated basis. DPD has no direct influence on the content which is displayed. However, it goes without saying that it is ensured that there is no racist, anti-Semitic or other objectionable content.

I did not receive an email after click on "Forgot password". What can I do?

It may take some time for the email to be sent. Please check your email account again later or have the activation code sent to you again. Otherwise, please ask your depot which registration email address we have saved for this account.

I have forgotten my password, what can I do?

Click on "Forgot your password" and enter your email address or your user name. We will send you an email afterwards.

What does \"connected devices\" mean?

Here you can see all the devices with which you have logged in with your account. If a device is no longer in your possession, you can delete it here.

What is the \'Rename parcel\' feature?

By naming your parcel, for example with the name of the sender, you know with a glance what it is about. This helps to manage your lists yourself and to get a better overview of your parcels.

Can I change the preferences I have registered?

Yes, you can change your preferences anytime and as often as you like.

Do I have the opportunity to change my wish parcel shop?

You can change your desired parcel shop at any time and as often as you wish under preferences.

Can I also designate someone who does not live in the immediate vicinity as a neighbour?

No, here you can only specify neighbors in the immediate vicinity of the delivery address. In the displayed map you will see the permissible area where you can select your desired neighbor by tap. The street is then automatically transferred to the address form. All you have to do is add the name of the neighbor. Alternatively, you can enter the entire address manually in the form.

What are \"My preferences\"? What can I set here?

Here you define how we should notify you when a parcel is on its way to you. For example, you can specify your preferred parcel shop to which we should deliver your parcel if you are not at home, or you can give us a parking okay.
