Yes, in your profile it is possible to arrange for regular notification about new delivery obstacles in the \"Delivery obstacles\" section of \"My Settings\". Simply enter your email address and select the time you would like to receive the notification.

When a parcel label is printed in myDPD, the pickup is automatically requested. If you would like to arrange an additional pickup, you can do so in the menu item \"Shipping order - Order a pickup\". On the dashboard you can see when the next pickup will take place at your location. This can be a date you have freely selected or a scheduled collection date agreed with us.

In the \"Action\" column of the \"Order list\" menu item, you can call up the delivery date of any order that has been delivered. First find the relevant order by entering the parcel number, reference or address in the search field above the order table.

The pop-up blocker of your browser is probably activated. To print parcel labels, you always need to allow pop-ups on portal.dpd.de.
