If you work with several pick-up addresses, it is important that you create the shipping orders from the correct pick-up address.

You can easily switch between the available pick-up addresses using the menu on the left. Click on the symbol in the box next to Pick-up Address to get an overview of the pick-up addresses available for you. The selected address is shown in dark grey.  

If you want to use a different pick-up address, click on it and choose "Select". The selected address is now also shown in the left menu.

If you do not see the above-mentioned symbol with the pick-up address, no additional pick-up addresses have been added for you. If this should be the case, please contact your DPD contact person. They can add additional pick-up addresses.
