Yes, you can do this in the basic settings under Settings – Basics in the left-hand menu. Here, you can enter all standards such as the standard product selection, dimensions and language of the recipient. 

A. If in most cases you always send the same type of DPD product, it is useful to set that type as standard. For every new shipment you create, the standard product will be ticked automatically from then on

B. You can tick this option if you mainly send parcels of the same format. Then you won't need to indicate this for every shipment.

C. It is possible to use the same note for every shipment label as standard. If you want to use this, enter this standard text here.

D. You might want to provide multiple references for your parcel. You can specify the number you need as standard here.

E. When this limit is reached, you will receive a notification in DPD Shipper. If this limit has been exceeded, the parcel numbers are not reusable and you have not requested a new series of parcel numbers in time, it will no longer be possible to create an order.
