How can I track my parcel?

We use a Track & Trace system. With this you can see where your parcel is. We will also inform you via email at what time the parcel will be delivered the day before and the morning of the delivery. 

Didn't receive an email?

The sender of your parcel may not have enabled DPD's Predict service. In this case, request the parcel number from your sender. You can then get information about your parcel in various ways via the parcel number on the receiving parcels page of dpd.nl.


If you create an account for myDPD, you will automatically receive all information about your parcel in an overview.
