What time will my parcel be delivered?

We deliver parcels from Monday to Saturday. However, delivery on Saturday is not standard. We only do this if the sender has chosen this. We will inform you at what time the package will be delivered on the day and morning before delivery.

Is nobody at home, you don't have given permission to leave your parcel on a safe place at your home and also your neighbors are not at home, we will bring you parcel to a Pickup parcelshop. Op the not at home notification in your mailbox you will find the place of delivery.

Didn't received an e-mail?

Please track your parcel via the Track & Trace service of DPD and find out on what day your parcel will be delivered. On the day of delivery you are able to receive the 1-hour time window via myDPD (after 10 o'clock in the morning)
