I want to send my data from DPD Shipper to DPD (via the Daily procedure and Protocols) but can’t. Why could this be?

Depending on the version of DPD Shipper you are using, there may be different reasons why this is happening:

There could be an error in the configuration. Check that Synchr to FTP location is ticked under Settings and Synchr with DPD. If this is not the case, do so and click on Save.  
In that case, contact DPD so that they can check what is wrong for you.Test whether the setting has been processed correctly via Synchronisation settings.
