My parcel hasn't arrived. What should I do?

How annoying! We understand that you are waiting for your parcel! It may be that your parcel has been delayed. If you haven't seen any new scans in Track and Trace for a few days, we would like to investigate the missing parcel.

Inform the sender of your parcel that your parcel is missing so that they can start an investigation with our help.
